The no-multi-spaces reports "Unnecessary spaces" even in case the whitespace contains tabs only #1394

The rule no-multi-spaces claims to check for multiple spaces. In fact it checks for the length of the whitespace element. So if the whitespace element would contain multiple tabs then it would still be reported with violation "Unnecessary space(s)" and the autocorrect would still replace it with a single space. The message should be changed to "Unnecessary long whitespace" as no complaints have been registered regarding the functionality itself.
