Allow mirror ping log output to stdout and to files together

At now when we configuring redirecting logs to file, they are disappearing from console (stdout/stderr) of application, and writing only to file.
Will be good to have some mode, where logs are kept in console stdout and written in files too.
If this is already possible with current version, can you please provide an example? Thanks!
