    br restore

  2. What did you expect to see?
    Owner Handle Syncer Duration is normal ,at least not too long

  3. What did you see instead?
    we can see that the Owner Handle Syncer Duration is 32.8s

  4. What version of BR and TiDB/TiKV/PD are you using?
    br 5.2.x
    tidb 5.4.0

  5. Operation logs
    br.txt

  6. Configuration of the cluster and the task

  7. Screenshot/exported-PDF of Grafana dashboard or metrics' graph in Prometheus if possible
