Feature request

Currently, I get 100% and the timer stops when execution of the rule is about to begin. I believe, its time should be included in the overall time displayed.

The time and memory isn't included in the progress bar by default, how the hell did you do that? 😮

Isn't it Symfony Progress component feature? If you run PHPStan with -vvv you should see time and memory.
