Array shapes with generics not resolving type correctly

Bug report

phpstan is not correctly resolving the types with generics and array shapes correctly. The error message shows the expected types, but phpstan thinks they are different.

As referenced above, this seems to be the case when any kind of array is used for a templatized type, not just for array shapes.
