PHPStan reports: Variable $variableName might not be defined in case is defined into a for parentheses

Hi,

This code may be not the best practices, but the variable should be always defined:

    //...code...
    for ($varibleName = 0; $varibleName < 10; $varibleName++) {
        //...code...
    }
    $secondVarible = $varibleName;

Error: Variable $varibleName might not be defined.
