This is not normal. It'd be helpful to narrow down the reason for the instability - why do you have different errors reported each time. Even a single error reported differently is out of the norm. I recommend you to focus on a single one and try to pin down why the randomness happens. |

Initially I was about to create an issue but I thought it would be best to start a discussion here and in case switch to a bug report.
I am dealing with some very messy code that contains a lot of lines of code so it might be due to that but, I'm trying to generate the baseline and I'm expecting that, once this is created, running phpstan again it would return no errors but this is not happening.
I initially started by running the analysis at max but due to the number of errors I decided to go in progress starting at 0. After running the baseline once, if running analysis including the baseline, it would still returning a bunch of errors. This was fixed by re generating the baseline.
I then tried to push up the level to 1 and this time I had to regenerate the baseline 3 times before it would return no errors.
I am now at level 2 and no matter how many times I regenerate the baseline, every time it gives me a different number of errors added to the baseline (keeps decreasing every time) and all the times keeps failing validation.
Do you think is this a bug or the normal behaviour?
Thank you for your help
