Difference between bleedingEdge.neon and bleedingEdge featureToggle?

Hello, what's the difference between

includes:
	- phar://phpstan.phar/conf/bleedingEdge.neon

and

parameters:
  featureToggles:
    bleedingEdge: true

First one:

includes:
	- phar://phpstan.phar/conf/bleedingEdge.neon

is a documented and supported way to enable bleeding edge.

The other one is an internal undocumented parameter you shouldn't use in your config.

Thank you. I was confused when I saw this parameter in the phpstan.neon file in the project I've recently started working in.
BTW. Ever thought about hiding the parameters that are internal, e.g. with a dot prefix .featureToggle and emit warning when it's used in a userland?
