Please add ssh3 support for faster connection

In looking up SSH3... the only thing I'm seeing is https://github.com/francoismichel/ssh3 . There's no IETF RFC for it and the whole thing seems to be very new and very much in flux. The README.md advises people not to use it in production and informs people that it is experimental (which I take to mean that significant design aspects of it could change significantly between now and whenever they do feel that it is production ready).
