The mawl static site mode should have a "live-reload" functionality, so its easier to iterate on new site designs.

This will require:

overhauling how documents are processed during the import step
overhauling how documents are served during a request
re-think about how the stylesheet loading should work, since it's a bit hacky rn, & they're processed only at import time
