@davecramer You don't need to add the "skip-ci" to the commit message. The GitHub action workflows are supposed to ignore non-code changes based on path matches:

	- 'docs/**'
	- '**/*.md'
	- 'appveyor.xml'

If it does get wrongly picked up then we should tweak the regexes accordingly.
