I was just looking at the implementation of this driver as a reference for something else, but I noticed the following line
pgjdbc/pgjdbc/src/main/java/org/postgresql/jdbc/TimestampUtils.java
Line 625 in c779e93
Can't this end up creating a java.sql.Time object w/ a millisecond value that doesn't represent January 1st 1970 if the source string represented a timestamp from 1970 but on a day other than January 1st?
