Base64 class not found in updated JAR's of postgresql after postgresql-42.2.25.jar

We are working on upgrading vulnerable jar files, and we have hit a snag there. With postgresql-42.2.24.jar, we used it’s Base64 class for encoding and decoding of passwords. Now, we need to upgrade to postgresql-42.3.3.jar or above to avoid the detected vulnerabilities in the older version. However, in the new versions we cannot find Base64 class anymore. Please help regarding this.

Java 8 has a Base64 class and you should use that instead.
