Network Filters Not Being Applied

Describe the bug
I create a filter for "Apple TV+" this is the network and the criteria is set to "network is qual to" "Apple TV+" - i have checked on TVDB and this is the correct network

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set filter to "Network is qual to" "Apple TV+"
Set server as preference

Start TV series download for Apple TV+

Filter does not apply

Expected behavior
Filter should apply and use the criteria set in the filter outcome. It does not, it reverts to its original config and the filter is not considered

JFYI, You said you checked TVDB for the network, but we use TMDB for that information.

I think I might know what the issue is, but need to find time to test to make sure it works.
