Motion is getting deleted when there is approve proposal and reject proposal on same proposal.

This is a limitation on the DB design, that 1 treasury can be linked to only 1 motion. The motion 17 doesn't get deleted, but replaced by the 18 because what we track in hasura is the treasury, and there's no support for several motions.

But this is a bug right? As both motions are up for vote. One to accept and one to reject. Both should be shown

It's a huge annoyance, but I wouldn't call that a bug, it's a known restriction because of the DB design. This already happened. I opened an issue quite a while ago that is somewhat related: #408
