As a User, I want to be instantly aware of proposals that are mine when looking at the on-chain screen.

The on-chain main list should mark proposals I'm the author of differently. This will get very confusing when a bunch of proposals will be in the system and finding yours will be incredibly difficult while they're still unedited. Making proposals you "own" light green in background or marked pink on an edge or something that stands out would help a lot here.

Additionally, a filter on the on-chain page to "show/hide" other people's proposals so you can check only your own would be good.
