XCMv5: new generation aimed at better UX

Description

I want to do a session on the proposed new XCM version, showcase its capabilities, and improve on user/developer experience. This session also serves to increase ecosystem engagement with core XCM development to build tight feedback loops and maximize ecosystem-wide impact.

Topics and proposed solutions to be covered:

• XCM fees - more visibility and predictability, with higher levels of control
• XCM asset transfers - more flexibility, easier to use
• XCM failures - better control and recovery mechanisms

We will dive deep into the above with each of the topics having the possibility of follow-up sync/async breakouts.
