This issue contains leftover lower-priority tasks after migrating the generic bridges code from parity-bridges-common to polkadot-sdk.

Remaining tasks:

Moving chain-specific primitives and relayer definitions to the repo where each chain is defined (Step 1.5 from the doc)
Create Rococo <> Westend bridge relayer in polkadot-sdk #2952 (Step 2.1 from the doc)
