Spanish docs are outdated

There is a spanish version of parcelJS docs (https://es.parceljs.org/) that displays outdated information about Parcel. For example, the header says that Parcel 2 docs are still to be written.

💁 Possible Solution

My suggestion is to redirect to Parcel 2 docs. If there is a spanish version, link to it. Otherwise, could redirect to English version, suggesting translation collaboration.
