- HTML FAQ was pretty outdated, and not particularly relevant now that XHTML isn't a thing, HTML5 is just HTML, etc. Linked to the MDN docs from the quickstart instead.
- Advanced Foreword had a section about context and a section about security. Both those are explained more precisely in their own dedicated pages.
- Foreword made more sense as an extension of Design instead.
- Distribute and Fabric patterns were pretty outdated.
