Is it possible to have one option that overwrites the values of multiple other options?

Does click provide an out-of-the-box way to have one option that overwrites the values of multiple other options? I want to use this to provide presets that control multiple options.

Let's say I have a tool that allow users to control parameters (x, y, and z) that change the stringency of a given data analysis.

@click.option('-x', type=int, default=1, show_default=True)
@click.option('-y', type=int, default=0, show_default=True)
@click.option('-z', type=int, default=3, show_default=True)

I want to implement some presets (eg: --lenient and --conservative) that would change the values of x, y, and z. For example:

lenient: x=0, y=0, z=1
conservative: x=2, y=2, z=5
