pydocstyle plugin operates on test files #245

The actual pydcostyle executable has a --match option which default to ignore unit tests starting with test_. The language server does not seem to have such a thing simply checks test files, which results in a lot of errors that cannot be ignored in the same way as for the standalone pydocstyle.
