Cannot run any rails tasks if you have a Cheating initializer and you drop a table #9

FactoryBurgers::Cheating.advance_sequence(:user_login, User, :login)

% rails db:drop
rails aborted!
ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: Could not find table 'users'

Solution: b e gentler abouut advance_sequence and fail gracefully if the db isn't set up right.
