Improve error log when OCIS_CORS sets wrong #9147

Steps:

go to the https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/blob/master/deployments/examples/ocis_wopi/docker-compose.yml
put OCIS_CORS_ALLOW_ORIGINS: "https://owncloud.com" to ocis->environment section
docker-compose up -d
open https://ocis.owncloud.test
upload small file -> works correct
upload big file (more than 20 Mb) -> 502 Error

Issue1: error log is not clear. we need improve error message

improving 2: @butonic suggestion: add the OCIS_URL to the allowed domains by default
