WEB_ASSET_PATH needs a description fix

We have a lot of envvars that point as default root using the base data directory plus path for picking up data, like the list printed in the admin docs also see the default location of the base data path. These envvars use a standard description text reflecting the situation.

The WEB_ASSET_PATH has as default the base data path set and needs therefore a description fix to reflect this (just missed to be added when it was created) like:
... If not defined, the root directory derives from $OCIS_BASE_DATA_PATH:/web/assets.

Closing, I was looking into 5.0, but in master we have: The WEB_ASSET_PATH is deprecated...
