Recently swapped jest-extended dev dependency for @overlookmotel/jest-extended.

@overlookmotel/jest-extended is a fork containing a fix for slow expectations bug contained in PR jest-community/jest-extended#545.

Once that PR is merged, switch back to original jest-extended.

These changes have now been merged and new version of jest-extended released:
