Drop support for older versions of Node.js. (<18?)
Drop support for older versions of ESLint. (<8?)
Support for flat shareable configs. (Do we want to release it before the new version?)

I think eslint ^8 will work for a long time.

Oh, just noticed you're talking about drop eslint <8.
