[Bug] Broken FESM bundles #5

Compiled FESM5 and FESM2015 bundles are broken due to rollup/rollup#2680 bug.

Emitted import statements contain non-renamed null identifiers from io-ts library.

Rollup resolved an issue in rollup/rollup#2689

Now it's up to ng-packagr to update it's rollup version to >=v1.2.0

EDIT: Tracking upstream issue ng-packagr/ng-packagr#1227
