Inaccuracies in the representation of drum notes #1437

Here are 3 small issues that bothers me little bit)

1 The cue notes not showing propely if they are in chord with other notes.
2 The "Slashed" noteHeadValue displays incorecctly.
3 The "slash" noteHeadValue looks disproportionately large\bold
