This seems to be a problem with either svg2pdf.js or jspdf. Updating them to the latest version did not change this.

Note that PDF export is only a feature of our demo now, not of the OSMD library. So it could be considered low priority.
(Though it might be irritating for people using PDF export as a way to create OSMD samples. The alternative is changing the renderer to Canvas and using right click -> save, or using the generateImages_browserless.mjs script, also for batch processing)
