Add organisation information / metadata

All organisation codelists are now searchable on OpenCodelists (amazing!) with a home page for each organisation that contains a list of all that organisation's codelists. (example NHSD primary care domain refsets)

I think it will be useful to have some information on the organisation homepage. Things that it could include

• Generic information/contact details about the org
• Editorial policy for codelists
• Maybe last update dates (I think this might be quite important for ones where we ingest and host on an orgs behalf like NHSD example above)
• Whether it is the actual org maintaining or if it is one we ingest and host on their behalf
