tests failing in git workflow with "Error decrypting message: Decryption error"

I am trying to trigger tests in a github workflow for a lambda function I have written in typescript that uses openpgpjs to encrypt and decrypt files. The tests are failing in the workflow at node_modules/openpgp/src/crypto/public_key/rsa.js:483:15 with a somewhat vague error Error: Error decrypting message: Decryption error. The tests work fine locally and my lambda is working as expected when I deploy it. Is there something special I need to do in order to enable tests that trigger openpgp decryption to work in a github workflow?

Are you using the latest version of OpenPGP.js?

I am on 5.11.0. I will try bumping to 5.11.1. Thank you @larabr!! I'll report back on the outcome.

Also, sorry if this is a duplicate issue! I was focused on github workflow aspect since it seems fine when I run the tests locally.
