Improve looks of comment section in mobile view

The example below shows the comment section on a device with a screen width of 390 pixel. The time and username of the comment by demoadmin wrap to a second line. While we might can't avoid wrapping on small devices, we probably can make it look cleaner. Also, note the fairly big gap between the thumb counter and icons.
