[rfxcom] No support for Brel and Dooya bidirectional motors

Hi,

I was trying to configure some venetian blinds from Brel (Dooya) who are using a bidirectional communication protocol on RF.
The RFXCOM supports this protocol and I managed to get it working on a RFXtrx433 with the RFXmgr application.
However I noticed that the openhab RFXCOM binding does not support this yet.
Would be nice to have as this is an emerging setup for motors.
