Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

When a question is chosen by an instructor in the chat, there is nothing to highlight it and share it with everybody.

Describe the solution you'd like

When an instructor decides to answer to a question asked in the chat, allow her/him to highlight this question to share it with all participant.

A simple solution can be to display the message as an overlay other the video and chat by a click and hide it once the question answered.
