The release drafter action being used recently released an additional $URL env var to be used in the draft release notes config. The existing config should be changed to use this, to prevent having to run a separate script to generate the ODFE standard release notes in the release-notes/ dir within the repository.

Update: changes have been made in the GitHub action to support this, although it isn't included in latest release. Will be part of next release. Until then, cannot use it from the marketplace.

release-drafter/release-drafter#582 has merged the URL env var in v5.12.0+. Will look into changing the configuration to include this.
