Describe the bug
CI pytests are not finishing. They seemed to run fine locally.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
Finish in about 2 mins

coervage got updated to 6.3 - https://pypi.org/project/coverage/

Could be this issue - nedbat/coveragepy#1312

Solved for now, by down grading to coverage 6.2, see openclimatefix/.github#28
