ONNX Express Learning Course for the Linux Foundation Course Program

Hi,
We have an opportunity to create an ONNX Express Learning Course.
The content should be for around 90 minutes and can contain the following:
a) short video content, b) mostly written content, c) hands-on exercises).

Target audience is up to us. It can be aimed at Onnx users, but also developers,
who want to contribute more to the ecosystem.
