ONNX for commercial use and distribution without exposing the private algorithms?

ONNX is in Apache2 license, question is I want to add some custom model on top of the onnx and distribute in our software for commercial use. Do I need to expose the code to public of those custom model?

ONNX community code is modified plus added the custom model to runtime, in that case do I need to release both community code and data model to public?

I just need confirmation from the community before walking down this path. Thanks!
