fix: update link to blog post

Hello!

Thanks for all your work on this project - it's awesome! This PR updates a link to my blog in the README - I replatformed from Blogger to Docusaurus and my URLs changed. I've got redirects in place, so the link still works, but it's always better to have the direct link I think!
