#659 re-merge custom header for page title display
@davidradl That was the quick update to get working. I've fixed the underlying issue - which was caused by our custom header template . Now back at the default level (9.0.1). Closing |

The 'search' area has gone from the egeria docs home page. (thanks @davidradl )
This seems to be a mkdocs-material 8.5.3 -> 9.0.1 regression
See also #653 where we noticed navigation broke with unquoted numerics - subsequently fixed by a) quoting b) a fix in mkdocs-material c) refactoring of our docs
