I followed the instructions of https://github.com/oasisprotocol/oasis-core/blob/master/docs/development-setup/oasis-net-runner.md

But there's no such "simple-keyvalue-client" at all.

Could you please update the document or tell me how to make it run?

Thanks. I've found some useful info on docs.oasis.io/node. I just want to setup a paratime client for RPC job such as sending a tx.

BTW,

./oasis-cli inspect node-status --network localhost | jq '.runtimes."000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000e2eaa99fc008f87f".committee|{status}'
{
  "status": "waiting for history reindex"
}

what does committee "waiting for history reindex" mean? Do I have to do anything to make the status ready ?
