Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I just found out that when disabling a device, Z2M requires a restart to fully apply this (e.g. stop pinging for availability). There's no indicator of this requirement within the Z2M frontend.
Describe the solution you'd like
Z2M exposes this restart requirement via MQTT so I can see it in upstream services like Home Assistant. I think this information should be shown on the Z2M frontend as well. It's the first place I'd expect to see this warning/information especially since I can disable a device within the UI and would expect to be informed of any implications of this right there.
