Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No

Describe the solution you'd like
At present you either have to have a a https(tls) connection to down load an icon (device image), it would be useful to to allow non TLS connections for downloading icons. Especially when you have your own images held on a local nginx instance.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using own minted certs, but it's a pain as the browsers are not always happy that the CA is not trusted.
