The first of two release branches planned for this weekend. Given the issues with the .NET Core console currently - I plan to release the new version of that as v.3.12.0-beta2. This release will contain the .NET Core Console only, immediately after that build, I plan to update the version numbers to 3.12.0, and release the engines and netfx console as 3.12.0. 馃檪
Still need to do all the manual testing for this release - hoping to be able to do that and build the packages tomorrow.
