Does nteract support or plan to support a extensibility/plugin model for handling output errors?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to make sure that links in errors are clickable/linkified to make it easy for a user to see how to resolve their error.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if KernelOutputsErrors class was extensible to make it easy to add customizations to the errors that are outputted.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would be better to make this extensible rather than forcing all users to have the same error handling experience.
