fix(core): disable ts-node warning when its using a fast transpiler

Current Behavior

If I dont have @swc-node/register installed, but use the ts-node swc or transpiler option instead, I always see a warning message.

Expected Behavior

When an alternative transpiler, such as swc is configured for ts-node, the warning should not appear.

The following tsconfig.json sections should disable the warning:

  "ts-node": {
    "transpileOnly": true,
    "transpiler": "ts-node/transpilers/swc"
  }

  "ts-node": {
    "swc": true
  }

  "ts-node": {
    "transpileOnly": true,
    "transpiler": "sucrase/ts-node-plugin"
  }
