Latest Alpine cannot build dependencies with node-gyp

Environment

• Platform: Linux (Ubuntu 22.04)
• Docker Version: Docker version 20.10.14, build a224086
• Node.js Version: on local machine 16
• Image Tag: alpine

Expected Behavior

RUN npm ci --audit false --fund false should not fail on the latest Alpine Docker image.

Current Behavior

When I used image tag 16-alpine this error does not occur.

Essentially duplicate of #384. We don't ship python in the alpine images - if you need it you need to install it
