my code works with warnings

(node:20798) [https://github.com/node-fetch/node-fetch/issues/1167] Deprecation Warning: form-data doesn't follow the spec and requires special treatment. Use alternative package
(Use `node --trace-deprecation ...` to show where the warning was created)

i do import { default as FormData } from 'form-data' and make POST req as follow

  headers = new Headers()
  headers.append('Authorization',`OAuth ${OA}`)
  const resp = await fetch(url, {
  method: 'POST', 
  headers: headers,
  body: form }
  );
  if (!resp.ok) throw new Error(`unexpected response ${resp.statusText}`);
  return resp

You are probably using form-data package.
Switch to a spec compatible formdata package like the one we use
https://www.npmjs.com/package/formdata-polyfill
