Deploy the Azure Search
The Azure Search configuration should be auto-provisioned in order to facilitate the first usage experience. Should the Table Storage structure be created as well since ara an Azure Search configuration data source?
Autocofigure the reply url for the frontend
Autoconfigure the application URI for the backends
Replace settings for Portal API
